Ambiance Design, a one-stop source for window treatment and home décor needs welcomes new installer Austin Mosser of Sellersville, Pa.
Mosser has a background in carpentry and while he was a carpenter’s apprentice he learned
the tricks of the carpentry trade, such as rough framing, trim and cabinet work. He will use the knowledge he gained as a carpenter to strengthen the Ambiance Design installation team. Mosser will be a liaison between the customer and the sales associate. He will answer customer questions, work on issues that may occur during installation and instruct the customer on how to utilize the product once the job is done.
“With an increase in the volume of projects, we needed to add a second installer to keep up,” said Laura Hawley, owner of Ambiance Design. “Austin brings with him years of carpentry experience that will help our customers make the best use of their shades, blinds and other home décor items.”
When he isn’t working for Ambiance Design, Mosser works with kids from kindergarden to second grade at his church’s children’s ministry group. He is also involved with ARC, an outreach program for those with drug and alcohol problems.
