Ambler Borough Strategic Plan: Transition To 100% Renewable Energy From 2020 To 2050
Discussions took place at a number of Planning Commission meetings as well as a thorough review of the Plan document and numerous revisions.

At the direction of Council, the Planning Commission has been requested to provide input to create a preliminary energy transition plan in line with the Ambler Borough Ready for 100 Renewable Energy Resolution adopted by Borough Council in March of 2019.

Discussions took place at a number of Planning Commission meetings as well as a thorough review of the Plan document and numerous revisions. Accordingly, at the meeting held this date via ZOOM, a motion was made and carried unanimously to recommend to Council to consider accepting this most recently-revised Strategic Plan with the re-formatting and amendments suggested at the July 28, 2020, Planning Commission meeting.
