Food Co-op to Host Community Meeting at Ambler Theater
The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. on April 18.

The Ambler Food Co-op will host their third community meeting at 7 p.m. on April 18 at the Ambler Theater.
Below you will find the schedule for the meeting.
6:30 p.m.: Ambler Food Co-op will be hosting a meet and greet with co-op committee members and community vendors in advance of their third community meeting, set to begin just after 7 p.m.

7-7:10 p.m.: John Farley, co-chair of Ambler Food Co-op's Membership Committee, will provide a general welcome and introduction to Ambler Food Co-op, explaining why such an endeavor is good for our community and just what member equity means.
7:10-7:20 p.m.: A member of the co-op's steering committee will review where the co-op has been and what they've accomplished to date.

7:20–7:40 p.m.: Bob Noble, of Keystone Development Center and the Mid-Atlantic Food Co-op Alliance, will talk about the food co-op movement both within the Philadelphia area and beyond. He'll also discuss how the movement is helping to boost local economies and the local food movement.
7:40-7:50 p.m.: The audience will be asked to consider how they can contribute to the effort, specifically to consider pledging membership to Ambler Food Co-op and asking their neighbors and friends to consider joining as well.
The Community Meeting will wrap up with audience questions between 7:50-8 p.m., which will be answered by members of the co-op's various committees.
