Ambler Man Defrauded Federal Housing Administration: US Attorney

AMBLER, PA — An Ambler man faces more than a century and a half of time in prison for defrauding the Federal Housing Administration, the US Attorney's Office announced on Wednesday.

Eugene Peter Kenworthy, Jr., 50, has been charged with wire fraud, false statements, aggravated identity theft, and failure to file a tax return, according to officials.

Kenworthy, who was indicted Wednesday, could face up to 166 years in jail, a $5 million fine, and additional punishments for his alleged crimes.
