Ambler Man Defrauds Federal Agency, Faces 166 Years: US Attorney
An Ambler man faces a century and half of prison time after pleading guilty to defrauding a federal agency.
AMBLER, PA — An Ambler man faces ample time behind bars after pleading guilty to defrauding the Federal Housing Administration, the US Attorney's Office said.
Eugene Peter Kenworthy, Jr., 51, pleaded guilty to wire fraud, false statements, aggravated identity theft, and failure to file a tax return, according to officials.
Sentencing will be held on Nov. 13.

He could face up to 166 years in jail, a $5 million fine, and additional punishments for his alleged crimes.
Kenworthy is a Certified Residential Appraiser in Pennsylvania, according to online records.
