WHITPAIN TOWNSHIP, PA — School Road will be shut down during the day in Whitpain Township for weeks, bringing a new traffic pattern to the area, officials said.
Work will begin on Thursday, July 16 and will continue for about a month.
The closure is at Skippack Pike and will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day.
Crews will be completing utility work.
School Road residents will have access to their homes at all times save for temporary shutdowns when work passes immediately in front of driveways.
Detour signs will be in place on DeKalb Pike, Morris Road, and Skippack Pike.
Township officials said they would be in close communication with contractors to determine project completion dates.
