Pillars of Light and Love is proud to sponsor Certified Health Coach, Caitlin Quittner’s program called “Beautiful Girls”.It will be a six week course offered to girls ages 12-18. The curriculum is FREE and will focus on discovering inner beauty, navigating through the pressures of today’s society, fostering positive relationships, and making healthy decisions to benefit both the mind and body.
