Blue Bell Financial Advisor Ranked Third in Nation

Wyncote native and Cheltenham High School graduate Saly A. Glassman was recognized by Forbes Magazine among the top three female financial advisors in the United States, in an annual research report released in May.

Glassman, with more than 35 years of industry experience - all with Merrill Lynch - earned the lofty honor among 250 nationally ranked "Top Women Wealth Advisors" by virtue of her office's cumulative assets under management, compliance records, client retention and personal interviews.

The Philadelphia-area local adds to her long list of previous recognitions, including her 2006 award from Barron's as the nation's top female financial advisor. She is the managing director of Glassman Walters Associates of Blue Bell, a predominantly woman-operated financial services firm advising on $4.8 billion in client assets. Glassman is also the author of the 2010 book It's About More Than Money.
