Ambler Event: What Women Should Know About Perimenopause and Menopause (May 3)
For women navigating perimenopause or menopause, periPower brings together a documentary screening and expert panel to help make sense of midlife hormonal changes.
The program begins with a private screening of BALANCE: A Perimenopause Journey, followed by a live panel discussion with menopause care specialists, a mental health expert, and the film’s Jain monk filmmakers. Together they will discuss symptoms, hormonal shifts, and evidence-based approaches to navigating this stage of life.
The event will take place at the historic Ambler Theater and is expected to draw women from across Montgomery, Delaware, and Chester Counties.
