Based on TREND MLS data from August 2012-2013, the average sold price of a home in Lower Gwynedd and Blue Bell exceeded the Montgomery County average of $272,000.

The average sold prices in our areas:
Ambler- $232,000
Lower Gwynedd - $506,000
Whitpain - $406,000

Ambler has become a mecca for first time homebuyers with a walkable town center, low taxes and reasonable home prices (although inventory can be quite limited).
