Dog Found In Whitpain During Rainstorm

WHITPAIN, PA — A dog was found in Whitpain during the rainstorm early Tuesday.

The small brown dog was found on North Wales Road near the PECO substation, Whitpain Police said.

Police are searching for the dog's family to help reunite them.
