Ernst Brothers Builders hires 2 custom carpenters

Craftsmen Adam Violette & Mike Troyan bring over 30 years' experience to Ernst team.

Ernst Brothers Builders, a niche custom construction firm based in Spring House, has hired finish carpenters Adam Violette and Michael Troyan Jr. to meet the demand from a growing client list for high-quality, high-end custom craftsmanship.

“Adam and Mike together bring over 30 years’ experience as creative craftsmen to our team,” says Jake Taylor, Ernst Brothers managing partner. “We’re extremely fortunate to have their polished fine-woodworking skills and attention to detail, enhanced by their shared depth of knowledge about other aspects of home construction and renovation.”

With an emphasis on providing exceptional craftsmanship while meeting the demands of construction schedules, Violette and Troyan are responsible for all facets of the carpentry process. This includes framing through finish carpentry as well as custom woodworking where needed.

Adam Violette, who joined Ernst in September, started in construction upon graduation from college a decade and a half ago and has gradually been refining his focus from new home construction to remodeling projects to designing, building and installing custom cabinetry. He’s attracted to the challenges of custom projects and to clients’ appreciation of his fine finish detail.

Violette lives in Chester Springs, Chester County.

Mike Troyan, who joined the Ernst team in April, developed his interest and skills starting as a kid accompanying his father, a carpenter by trade, to work during summer vacations. Despite a degree in Computer Information Management, Troyan decided to pursue a career working with his hands. That led to over a decade of working fulltime with his dad, learning much of what he now employs for Ernst Brothers and on fine woodworking projects for his family and friends.

Troyan lives with his growing family in Boothwyn, Delaware County.
