A free breakfast seminar will be held Sept. 22, beginning at 8 a.m., to discuss and educate businesses on Pennsylvania's ACT 32, in preparation for the changes in the state local earned income tax, effective Jan. 1, 2012.
Registration and continental breakfast start at 8 a.m., followed by the presentation at 8:30 a.m., and question-and-answer session with panel members from 9 to 10:30 a.m.
The event, hosted by PROXUS, Beneficial Bank and Elko & Associates, will feature guest speakers with a working understanding of ACT 32, and what businesses should know to be compliant with the new law.
