Thanks to a grant from the Rotary Club from Ambler, Wissahickon Valley Public Library will offer free a English as a Second Language course, on Mondays and Wednesdays from July 11 through Aug. 3, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., at Ambler Library.
Te course will be taught by Mrs. Carol Bertrand, who has an M.A. in education, and has taught for 24 years.
