Montgomery County Community College - West Campus will host a free financial workshop, "Making College Affordable," April 18 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., in the Community Room.
The program will cover all aspects of financial planning for college, focusing on the actual costs of a college education, financial aid and funding sources through savings, scholarships, grants and loans. Learn about the myths of costs and financing college, and how to make wise investment choices.
For families of high school student's, MCCC's Financial Aid and Admissions staff will discuss the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FASFA) and financial aid process.
