Man's Anger Management Group

This is a ten week course.

Ojectives:

1. Overview of Anger Management Treatment
2. Events and cues
3. Anger control plans
4. The Aggressiion Cycle
5. Cognitive Restructuring
6. Anger in the family  Two Weeks
7. Assertiveness traing and conflict resolution (two Weeks)
8. CLosing and Certificates

Certificates of completion are handed out on the last day of classes.  All fees must be paid in full and everyone must do ten weeks and participate fully

This course meets the requirements as established by the United States Department of Health and Human Services.
