Montgomery County Community College will present the spring installment of its interview/talk show program, "Issues and Insights," April 20 from 12:30 to 3 p.m., in Science Center Room 214. The program will be simulcast to the college's West Campus South Hall Room 216.
Dr. Tom Kolsky will offer a humorous presentation, "Carrots, Sticks and Politics: A State of the Nation and the World Message." He will provide his interpretation of domestic and international politics, then welcome questions from the audience for discussion.
