Captured LIVE at the National Theatre, London on Oct 6, 2011. In the kitchen of an enormous London restaurant the orders are piling up: a feast of soup, fish, cutlets, and fruit flans. This blackly funny play by Arnold Wesker is an examination of life lived at breakneck speed. THE KITCHEN features an ensemble of 30 people and is set in a kitchen with the actors cooking real food on stage. A tour de force spectacle directed by Bijan Sheibani.
