Lower Gwynedd Township will sponsor a hands-on interactive, educational event to promote sustainability, June 2 at 1 p.m., on the Ingersoll property behind the township building.
Nationally acclaimed radio talk-show host Mike McGrath will disuss Lawn and Landscape and answer your questions from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Other presentations and demonstrations from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m., will include tree tenders who will help you identify problems with your garden trees; Native American Indian gardening methods and more. Therapy dogs will entertain, and an ice-cream social will conclude from 3:30 to 4 p.m.
In the event of rain, the event may be moved inside the township building.
