The rally comes as anti-abortion legislation moves forward in the Pennsylvania legislature. House Bill 321, which would outlaw abortions in the state based on a Down syndrome diagnosis, passed in the House of Representatives last week. It now awaits a vote in the state senate.

While GOP-backed bill has the Republican majority in the seante, Gov. Wolf has promised to veto any such legislation.
