UPPER GWYNEDD, PA — The week's submissions are in, and this week's puppy of the week for the local area is Reese.

Here's what Reese's family has to say about what makes him so special:

Reese is a 3 year old Chihuahua from Upper Gywnedd. He absolutely loves the Phillies and will howl every time his dad (me) yells or gets excited while watching a game. He is such a good boy and will always be a puppy to me. His face alone should get him a spot and a shot out on the Patch.
