Hatha classes are slower paced and focus on getting into and holding postures safely with proper alignment. In a peaceful and light-hearted beginner-friendly space, you will tone your muscles while cultivating strength, flexibility, and relaxation as you practice physical postures called Asanas, breathing techniques called Pranayama, and basic Meditation techniques.
