
Hatha classes are slower paced and focus on getting into and holding postures safely with proper alignment. In a peaceful and light-hearted beginner-friendly space, you will tone your muscles while cultivating strength, flexibility, and relaxation as you practice physical postures called Asanas, breathing techniques called Pranayama, and basic Meditation techniques. This class is appropriate for beginners and intermediate students. Online registration is recommended.
