Jacqueline E. Horn, 96 a resident of Gwynedd Estates and formerly of Wyndmoor
Jacqueline Horn was a volunteer at the Chestnut Hill Hospital Women's Auxiliary for 50 years.

Jacqueline E. Horn, 96 a resident of Gwynedd Estates and formerly of Wyndmoor, died Friday April 27, 2012 at Brittany Pointe Estates in Lansdale.
Born in Wheeling, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Alphonse A. and Flora B. (nee Beltz) Erbacher. She was a graduate of Marygrove College in Detroit. Mrs. Horn was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Franklin S. Horn in 1993.
She was a volunteer with the Chestnut Hill Hospital Women's Auxiliary for 50 years. She was a consigner at "Monkey Business" a clothing consignment shop, at the time owned by the hospital, and worked briefly at the "Bird-In-Hand" consignment shop and at the hospital's front desk. She was a member of Old York Road Country Club and St. Alphonsus Church in Maple Glen.
Mrs. Horn is the Beloved Mother of Franklin ( Chip ) Horn, of Lower Gwynedd, PA and the late Tracey Davis of Boston. She is the Loving Grandmother of three, Great Grandmother of four and sister of Ruth O'Keefe of Berwyn, Pa.
A Private Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Alphonsus Church in Maple Glen on Friday May 4 with Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Cheltenham.
Remembrances in her name to Little Sisters of the Poor 5300 Chester Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19143-4993 would be appreciated by the family.
