Longtime Ambler Restaurant Closing This Weekend
Dettera Restaurant & Wine Bar on Butler Avenue is celebrating its 16 years of operation with one final weekend.

AMBLER BOROUGH, PA — The owners of a longtime borough restaurant are asking customers to come join them for "one last pour."
Dettera Restaurant & Wine Bar on Butler Pike in the heart of the downtown dining district is calling it quits.
"After 16 incredible years in the heart of Ambler, the lights will dim at Dettera for the last time this weekend," its owners posted on Facebook. "It has been an absolute honor to be the backdrop for your anniversaries, your first dates, and your favorite weekend traditions."

While the restaurant is closing, the evolution of the space is already underway.
A brand-new concept will debut soon at 129 E. Butler Ave.
Dettera staffers will be making their way over to @academygrillfw.
