Lower Gwynedd, Ambler, Whitpain Among Best PA Suburbs, According To Niche
Be proud of your home! Niche.com thinks that Lower Gwynedd, Ambler, and Whitpain are among the best suburbs in the entire state.
LOWER GWYNEDD, PA -- Niche.com has released its latest ranking of the best suburbs in Pennsylvania, and the Montgomery County area fared quite well.
Niche's rankings are based on "location, including the quality of local schools, crime rates, housing trends, employment statistics, and access to amenities in an attempt to measure the overall quality of an area."
Whitpain was ranked 42nd, Ambler 48th, and Lower Gwynedd 57th.

Other high nearby rankings included Jenkintown (12), Upper Merion placed (13), King of Prussia (16), Montgomery Township (17), Whitemarsh (20), Collegeville (32), Upper Gwynedd (41), Lower Providence (64), Towamencin (65), and Lansdale (68).
Chesterbrook and Tredyffrin led the state at first and second, while Narberth led Montgomery County in third overall.
