Marie Carlson, 83, of Spring Mill Presbyterian Village in Lafayette Hill

Marie Carlson, 83, of Spring Mill Presbyterian Village in Lafayette Hill, PA, died on May 23, 2012.

She was the wife of the late Walter Carlson.

Born in Cleveland, OH on October 29, 1928 to the late Alexander and Teresa (Jarzynski) Hunger, Marie was a graduate of North High School in Akron, OH.

She was a loving homemaker, wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed gardening, home decorating, and assisting her husband with various projects around their home.

She is survived by her daughter Christine Cacioppo and husband Curt of Haverford, PA, two grandsons Charles and Nicholas Cacioppo, her niece Nancy Erickson of Havertown, PA, and a sister Dorothy Sipe of Talmadge, OH.

She was pre-deceased by a brother Leonard Hunter.

The Memorial Service will be held at a later date in Ohio.
