LANSDALE, PA -- A 24-year-old man accused of sexually assaulting a 93-year-old woman at the retirement community where he worked has waived his preliminary hearing, according to a report.
Bryan Richard Labus, a former nursing assistant at Dock Woods, was “grinning” as he walked into the courtroom as the waiver agreement was signed, the report states.
On October 1, Labus was seen by other nurses kissing and engaging in indecent contact with the victim.
