Montgomery County Leaders To Hold Coronavirus Tele-Town Hall

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PA — Leaders in Montgomery County will hold a telephone town hall for members of the public on the coronavirus outbreak and its local impacts next week.

The event will be held on Monday, March 23 at 5:30 p.m.

It will feature State Sen. Marie Collett (D-44) AND Montgomery County Commissioner Dr. Val Arkoosh. They will provide updates to the community on the outbreak, and also answer questions from local residents.

Montgomery County's coronavirus cases grew to 68 on Friday, with another 13 more positives. A county-run drive-thru testing site will open on Temple University's Amble campus on Saturdaymorning, and hospitals are working to provide expanded access to testing as well.
