Movie Tavern Proposed For Revitalized Towamencin Shopping Center: Report

A local developer has a plan to revitalize a Towamencin shopping area, and it includes adding a Movie Tavern, according a story in The Reporter.

Mark Nicoletti wants to bring the Towamencin Village Shopping Center back in style, the report states. He bought the land in May.

The course of the development will depend on changes to two parts of Forty Foot Road, which is nearby, the report states.

Nicoletti owns much of the adjacent land and believes it to be large enough to support a “critical mass” needed to support the Movie Tavern and several restaurants.
