November 2013 Real Estate Market Statistics

The November 2013 Real Estate Market Statistics (provided by TrendMLS) are now officially posted for all our local counties: Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia.  Year to date in Montgomery County for November 2013, settled single family homes were up 13.88% from last year.  The average sales price in Montgomery County cam in at $322,000 up 4.21% from the previous year.  Looking at our surrounding counties, Bucks County was up 19.03% in settled single family homes at an average of $333,000, Chester County was up 13.64% at $359,000, Delaware County was up 12.52% at $267,000 and lastly Philadelphia County was up 16.79% at an average of $178,000.
