Overnight Home Invasion In Whitpain Township
The front door of a Whitpain Township home was kicked in by three suspects in the early hours of Oct. 27, police said.

WHITPAIN TOWNSHIP, PA — Three men from Philadelphia have been arrested after a home invasion in Whitpain Township on Oct. 27, according to police.
The incident occurred at around 1:20 a.m. on the 300 block of Railroad Avenue in the West Ambler section of the township.
Residents heard suspicious noises outside of the home and then a banging on the front door.

That's when the three suspects kicked in the front door entirely and set off the home security system, police said.
Shortly thereafter, the three suspects fled the scene in a black Nissan, which was pulled over by police nearby after residents described the car to a 911 operator.

None of the residents were injured and the three suspects have been charged with burglary and related counts.
