RE/MAX Named Among Top 100 Global Franchisors by Franchise Direct
RE/MAX Makes Top 100 Franchisors List!
RE/MAX has been named among the Top 100 Global Franchisors in the 2015 edition of an annual ranking by Franchise Direct. The franchise news service ranked RE/MAX number 12 using a variety of criteria including the number of offices the company has both in and outside of its home country, the number of counties the brand has expanded to, the franchisor’s growth over the past year and its stability and financial growth. RE/MAX has locations in over 97 countries and territories and employees over 100,000 sales agents.
For three years in a row RE/MAX has been the highest-ranked real estate franchise on the Franchise Direct Top 100 list. This year, only two other real estate franchises made the cut. Century 21 held the 31st spot and Coldwell Banker came in 52nd.

Now in its seventh year, the Franchise Direct survey considers a number of qualifications to arrive at a final ranking of global franchises, including the number of franchise units, revenue, growth and long-term stability. The survey’s methodology also considers “a commitment to training and support . . . and the ability to keep pace with ever-changing social and economic conditions.”
