Today, RE/MAX Services-Blue Bell announced that it has been selected as the real estate agent for the Preserve at Gwynedd, a new townhome community located at Sumneytown Pike and Broad Street. Local custom builder, Better Living Homes, Inc., will construct the 19 elegant townhomes starting in the mid $300’s and four single homes in the upper $400’s.
