
BLUE BELL, PA — A Blue Bell bank was robbed on Wednesday and the FBI believes the suspect also robbed a bank in North Wales recently.
The most recent incident took place on Sept. 6 at 2:41 p.m. at Beneficial Bank, which is located on 640 Skippack Pike in Blue Bell.
The suspect, a black male between 30 and 40 years of age, handed the teller a note demanding cash, police said.

The teller handed over cash and the suspect fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash, according authorities.

No weapon was displayed during the robbery.

The same man is suspected of robbing the Santander Bank, located on 1224 Welsh Road in North Wales, on Aug. 15, the FBI said.
The suspect is believed to be between 5 feet, 4 inches and 5 feet, 8 inches tall with a slim build and a beard and mustache.
