Timoney Knox Welcomes New Attorney

Fort Washington-based law firm Timoney Knox is pleased to announce the addition of Daniel A. Czaplicki, an experienced attorney in the fields of taxation, business planning, and estate planning and administration.

Czaplicki, of Lower Gwynedd Township, practices primarily in the areas of personal, estate, and gift-tax planning; trust and estate administration; tax-exempt and charitable organizations; and closely-held business planning. He advises clients on the tax implications of estate planning transactions and business arrangements. He serves as an advisor to various insurance companies and brokerages in the Philadelphia area.

He is a frequent lecturer whose work has been cited by accountants and other practitioners in his areas of practice.

Prior to joining Timoney Knox, Czaplicki served as a principal in the law firm of Czaplicki & Gregor, P.C.

He has a Master of Laws in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law and is also a graduate of the St. John’s University School of Law.
