Tis The Season: Ambler Farmer's Market Set To Open
The program will run every Saturday morning through October.
The Ambler Farmer’s Market is set to open for the season on May 2.
The market will run every Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. through October at the corner of Butler Ave. and Maple Ave.
“Opening day is May 2nd and we wish it was tomorrow,” writes market volunteer Ben Bergman on the Farmer’s Market site. “This winter was brutal and the only thing that kept us going was the visions of eggplants dancing in our heads. Eggplants and heirloom tomatoes and freshly baked bread and peaches and apples and goat cheese and hot coffee and…well, you get the picture.”
