Wissahickon Names New Principal At Blue Bell Elementary

AMBLER, PA — The Wissahickon School District announced some personnel changes this week, as they have appointed a new principal at Blue Bell Elementary School.

Angela Farlow, who previously served as the assistant principal at Wissahickon Middle School, will take over the reigns at Blue bell.

“Ms. Farlow will be an excellent leader for Blue Bell Elementary School," Superintendent James Crisfield said in a statement. "She knows good teaching and learning and is committed to continuous improvement. Equally important, she knows what it takes to foster a welcoming, nurturing school environment."

Farlow has more than 20 years of teaching experience in elementary and middle school, initially joining Wissahickon in 2007 as a language arts teacher. She received an M.S. in elementary education from University of Delaware, and an M.A. in educational administration from Gwynedd Mercy College.
