$200K Grant Awarded For Ardmore Pump Station Upgrades
Montgomery County entities and municipalities were awarded more than $12.6 million in grants recently, and Lower Merion got a cut.

ARDMORE, PA – More than $12.6 million in grant funding was awarded to various Montgomery County entities and municipalities, and Lower Merion Township got a cut to further one of its projects.
According to Montgomery County, Lower Merion township was awarded $200,000 to work on upgrades to the Ardmore pump station.
A total of $1.7 million was awarded to various Montco entities and municipalities under the Small Water and Sewer grant.

Some of the highlights of grant recipients in Montgomery County include a $4 million grant to the Montgomery County Redevelopment Authority to assist with infrastructure redevelopment at the former Rohm & Haas facility in Lower Gwynedd Township, $1 million for an intersection improvement at Horsham Road and Limekiln Pike in Horsham Township, and $615,000 for four watershed restoration and protection grants in Abington, Lansdale, Upper Dublin, and Upper Moreland.
