The Los Angeles Times first reported the move, adding that the home was previously owned by fellow Philadelphia sports star Allen Iverson.

Fox & Roach Realtors have listed the estate, describing it as custom-built and recently renovated, lying on two acres of leafy Main Line property on 1432 Monk Road.

The two-story home includes six beds, eight bathrooms, multiple fireplaces, a saltwater swimming pool, and a reception hall, among numerous other amenities.

Utley was one of the cornerstones of the Philllies dynasty that won five consecutive NL East Division titles from 2007 through 2011. During his time in Philadelphia he was a perennial All-Star and fan favorite, and consistently one of the best second basemen in baseball.

The Phillies traded Utley to the Dodgers last summer for minor league prospects in the midst of their ongoing rebuild, which also saw longtime Philly veterans Jimmy Rollins and Cole Hamels depart.
