The parent company of Phila’s longest established advertising/PR firm, ACT. Inc has moved but only across the hall from its long-time offices at 29 Bala Ave., Bala Cynwyd, PA.

The firm and its divisions are now in suite 117 from the former office suite 114.

Originator/founder Joe Ball, who started his career as a 17-year-old copy boy at The Inquire in 1947, continues as CEO of the parent operation, ACT. Inc.

He is now 88 years old—and welcomes new business by saying;,
