All-Day Kindergarten Eyed In Lower Merion School District

Parents and guardians are invited to participate in a survey regarding interest in all-day kindergarten in the Lower Merion School District.

LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA — Community feedback is being sought on developing a universal, all-day kindergarten program in the Lower Merion School District.

The district has launched as survey in collaboration from the kindergarten advisory committee to gauge projected enrollment, parent/guardian interest and community support of full-day kindergarten.

The District has also contracted with the Montgomery County Planning Commission for enrollment projection studies.

All Lower Merion Township and Narberth Borough residents can complete the survey.

Respondents are encouraged to share the survey with neighbors to expand the number of participants.

This includes:

  • Parents/guardians with children younger than kindergarten age
  • Parents/guardians with pre-school and school-aged children
  • Parents/guardians of school-aged children
  • Parents/guardians of children older than grade 12
  • Community members with no children

Paper copies are also available at the District Administration Building at 301 E. Montgomery Ave. in Ardmore.
