AMIT TO SCREEN AWARD-WINNING DOCUMENTARY, COMPLICIT

PHILADELPHIA – Supporters from the Philadelphia area of AMIT, Israel’s premier education network, will gather for a special screening of Complicit: The Untold Story of Why the Roosevelt Administration Denied Safe Haven to Jewish Refugees with Producer and Director, Robert Krakow, on September 11 at 6:30pm at the Jack M. Barrack Academy, 272 South Bryn Mawr Ave., Bryn Mawr.
The evening will begin with an exclusive reception emceed by Krakow followed by a screening of the film. Proceeds from the evening will go directly towards structural improvements at the AMIT Frisch Beit Hayeled and the renovation of a bedroom, living room and computer room for children.
“We’re very excited about the opportunity to welcome Producer and Director Robert Krakow and hear first hand about his award-winning documentary, Complicit,” said AMIT Mid-Atlantic Regional Director, Robbie Pearlstein.
