$3M Estate Sold In Wynnewood: See The Area's Most Recently Sold Homes

WYNNEWOOD, PA — These are the most recently sold homes in Ardmore, Merion and Wynnewood, according to Zillow.com.

Sixteen homes have been sold in the community these past two weeks, Zillow says — eight in Wynnewood, six in Ardmore and two in Merion. The highest-priced was a $3.07 million house in Wynnewood.

• 2432 Olcott Ave., Ardmore: five beds, four baths, 3,950 square feet, $1.46 million

• 345 Valley Rd., Merion Station: five beds, four baths, 2,884 square feet, $1.01 million
• 1001 City Ave., #W-109, Wynnewood: one bed, one bath, 910 square feet, $119,000
• 400 Witley Rd., Wynnewood: two beds, three baths, 1,900 square feet, $585,000
