LOWER MERION, PA — Several roads are closed Wednesday in Lower Merion due to ongoing police and fire department activity that involves a gas leak and electrical fire, police said.
Residents and drivers are advised to avoid the area of Penn and Aubrey roads, police said at around 11:30 a.m.

Seek alternate routes, and expect delays.
"We ask that everyone avoid the area to allow emergency personnel to safely carry out their operations," police said. "Please do not attempt to drive around road closures or emergency vehicles."
