Apartments Proposed On Lower Merion-Narberth Border
A Havertown-based builder is looking to build two five-unit apartment buildings on the Lower Merion Township-Narberth Borough border.
LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP-NARBERTH BOROUGH — Apartments could be coming to the area of Elmwood Avenue and Wynnewood Road in both Lower Merion Township and Narberth Borough.
Tentative plans have been submitted to the township and the borough to develop apartments at 3 Wynnewood Road.
The border between the township and the borough runs through the property.

Falcone Signature Homes, based in Havertown, is proposing two five-unit apartments at the corner of Elmwood and Wynnewood.
Part of the property includes a single-family home, and Falcone is seeking to subdivide the property to construct the apartments.

East Branch Indian Creek runs through the property, which is zoned Medium Density Residential 2. The property is zoned Mixed Residential Limited in Narberth Borough.
