The district hired search firm Hazard, Young, Attea & Associates to assist with hiring an new superintendent.
The firm conducted a survey, numerous interviews and focus group meetings to assist the Lower Merion Board of School Directors in identifying the primary characteristics desired in a new superintendent, upon the retirement of Superintendent Robert Copeland this fall.
