Ardmore Native's Film Chosen For High School Film Festival

ARDMORE, PA – A budding filmmaker in Ardmore will soon have his short film screened in Times Square, as it has been selected to be featured at the All American High School Film Festival next month.

Mason Coburn's dramatic science fiction film "Foragers: Short Sci-Fi Action Film" is one of the films to be featured at the festival in October.

"Foragers" is set in a post-apocalyptic 2086 where people must forage to survive the ruthlessness of a dominating gang.

The festival will feature high school filmmakers from across the country, whose films will be shown Oct. 6 through Oct. 8 at AMC Empire 25 Theaters cinema in Times Square, New York City.

Coburn's film will be screened with a group of films between 9:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 7 in Theater 20 of the AMC.
