Ardmore Library Set To Reopen

After a year's worth of renovations, the historic library is set to again open to the public.

ARDMORE, PA - Following a year’s worth of repairs, the 99-year-old Ardmore Free Library is finally ready to open.

The Ardmore location is the oldest branch in the Lower Merion Library System, Philly.com reports. The building dates back to 1917.

The renovations included a new elevator, new paint, new carpeting, a children’s play area, Americans With Disabilities Act compliance, and more usable floor space, the report states.
