Ardmore Toyota Donates Smoke Detectors To Merion Fire Co Of Ardmore
Local officials are planning to distribute the smoke detectors to residents in the Ardmore area. See how to get free smoke detectors here.
ARDMORE, PA — Ardmore Toyota donated dozens of smoke detectors to help the Merion Fire Company of Ardmore, the Lower Merion Fire Department, and the Rotary Club of Ardmore provide residents with the life-saving devices.
The local dealership donated 75 smoke detectors recently, the fire company said.
"With this generous donation, we will be gearing up to distribute free smoke detectors to our neighbors in Ardmore soon," the fire company said in a news release.

A specific date for distribution has not been set.
Residents will receive as many smoke detectors as required for their homes. Firefighters can install them, as well.

To get a free smoke detector, give your name, address, and the number of smoke detectors needed to the Secretary of the Merion Fire Company of Ardmore, 610-642-9580, extension 119, or email the details to secretary@merionfireco.org.
